QuitYet Legal
Privacy Policy
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how TS Cloud Ltd. handles information in the QuitYet mobile application. It applies to the current version of QuitYet available through the Apple App Store.
2. Information stored on your device
QuitYet stores the information you choose to enter locally on your device so the app can provide its core features. This may include:
- your quit date, previous smoking amount, daily cost, and selected currency;
- daily check-ins, cravings, triggers, and self-reported body-feeling entries;
- your locally chosen display name, avatar, quit reason, plans, and reminder settings; and
- local app settings and progress needed to provide the app experience.
This information is stored in app-local storage. QuitYet does not create a user account for you and does not transmit these records to a TS Cloud Ltd. server in the current version.
3. Data we do not collect or use
In the current version, QuitYet does not collect your information for our own servers, does not use advertising SDKs, does not use third-party analytics SDKs, and does not track you across apps or websites. We do not sell, rent, or share your quit-smoking records with third parties.
4. Notifications
QuitYet may ask for permission to send optional local notifications, such as a daily check-in reminder or a reminder you configure. These notifications are scheduled by iOS on your device. You can turn them off in QuitYet or in your device settings at any time.
5. Purchases and subscriptions
If you choose to purchase QuitYet PRO, Apple processes the transaction through StoreKit and the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card number. Apple handles purchase, refund, and subscription-management information under its own privacy policy. QuitYet uses the purchase entitlement returned by Apple to unlock PRO features on your device.
6. Your choices and deletion
You can remove QuitYet records stored on your device at any time from Profile > Clear on-device records. This resets the records held by the app on that device. It does not remove purchase records Apple is required to retain, and it does not remove data from a device backup you separately manage through Apple.
7. Health information and medical disclaimer
QuitYet is a self-help and habit-support tool. Health recovery timelines and check-ins are general public-health reference information and personal reflections, not medical measurements, diagnosis, treatment, or individualized medical advice. Seek advice from a qualified health professional when needed.
8. Children
QuitYet is not directed to children. Because the current version does not collect personal information to our servers, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
If we add an account, cloud sync, analytics, a community feature, or any other change that affects privacy practices, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy information before or when the change becomes available.
